Can you please make it one string rather than two concatted together? It gives more context to the translators. This will work:

i made the i18n changes and made the actual error message a bit more verbose (but it still fits). I'll wait for tests to pass then merge. |

Basically, this just makes the error message contain a link to the help page.
The change in
urls.pyjust enables us to configure our themed FAQ. Dunno why it was excluded before, but I don't think FAQ is actually a special case.
