Added support for the /var/lib/iri-registry dir copied to device during bootstrap step. Also, removed the redundant /oc-mirror/install prefix from the dir in data.iso (to simplify the required change in assisted-installer).

Added support for the '/var/lib/iri-registry' dir copied to device during bootstrap step.
