Can this be closed? It should all be wrapped up into the E2E tests under #1381 already. |

Use case for these files:
upcoming experiment in prow ci/prow/4.14-e2e-test-kubevirt-aws test
dev doc in oadp-operator/doc
manual vm backup / restore tests
No image upload required
Fedora expands to a 30G block mode volume by default, expect a 15 minute backup, 15 minute restore
The todolist-mariadb is installed via cloud-init, a user must wait for that to complete
This should just work w/ RHEL, CentOS or Fedora VM's
