gcr.io/hello-minikube-zero-install/hello-node image does not exist

Which section(s) is the issue in?

What needs fixing?

• The image gcr.io/hello-minikube-zero-install/hello-node does not exist in Using ApiServerSource.
• It is not a big problem as it could produce event log, but very confusable. It should use the existing image in quay.io.

Can you provide details of what this should be? Perhaps:
oc create deployment hello-node --image=quay.io/openshift-knative/knative-eventing-sources-event-display:v0.13.2 ?

@abrennan89 I think it is similar to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKS-611. Serverless does not publish an official sample image so we have to do it first.
Until we published the official sample image, using quay.io/openshift-knative/knative-eventing-sources-event-display:v0.13.2 is fine for me, but need to ask eventing or QE's (@matzew or @maschmid ) opinion.
