ci/prow/e2e-gcp-console-olm appears to have at least one failure because it is attempting to install the lightspeed-operator from redhat-operators-index catalog in 4.17.
This package does not exist there.
Gonna kick to see if it's transient (catalogs are being rebuilt all the time).
