test/extended/prometheus: temporarily increase number of possible failing alerts

This is needed to merge following PRs:

• Bug 1738527: install: enable prometheus-operator to watch over namespace in search for ServiceMonitor cluster-version-operator#235
• Remove CVO service monitor cluster-monitoring-operator#390

After those are merged it should be reverted.
