This reverts commit 757cf53, reversing changes made to 4a5cc22.

Revert until https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-57632 gets fixed. This test is failing on the metal-ipv6 platform because the test pod needs to have the registry certificate to access the image.
