Adds additional warnings for move vs transfer

Resolves #595

1. Adds confirmation warnings for st move and st transfer indicating what they do
2. Checks w transfer if the destination is a hotkey, and provides a confirmation for this if it is.
3. Moves the wallet unlock function after the confirmations/balance check to avoid someone needlessly typing their password.
