The usual things such as capitalization of the name section after the dash, and consistent "Usage" handling in modified files. Note that all changes to PGML.pl are reverted. There is no POD, and so there should not be a `=head1 NAME` section added (and an empty `=head1 DESCRIPTION section to boot), and all other changes were just comment clean up.
