Not much needed here. Just the addition of a few periods, and removal of added empty lines at the beginning of some files.

I think that this pull request is generally in order. There are a few files that should have a period at the end of the name section, and some empty lines added that are residual from the "discussion" comment removal. I put in a pull request to fix those. |
