I would like a section of the docs for on-ranmping new contributors.
Describe the problem you need a feature to resolve.
As discussed in this thread there's a lot of implicit process that isn't explicitly documented, such as how and when /lgtm's count for merging purposes, how and when contributors can be assigned to a PR/issue and what that actually means, what the requirements are for merging a PR.
