[Blocked] - docs: update/fix tutorial and webhooks

Description of the change:

• small organization into the tutorial order
• add a few info that is missing in the tutorial about the flags used to create the project
• remove webhooks notes from tutorial since it is confusing and incomplete
• remove ref to env vars that are no longer supported
• add missing information in the webhooks do to let users know how to configure the cert-manager
• updating titles to be actions in gerund
• remove duplicated info over the manager in the tutorial (we are linking kb docs so we do need to put here the same info that is described there)
• remove the steps Deploy your Operator with the Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM) from tutorial since it is incomplete and has not the steps required to do that and also we have a doc do describe it already.

Motivation for the change:

Identified when I was checking: #3578
