[cli] init-created patternlab-config.json files need new line

After I create a new project by following the instructions, my patternlab-config.json looks like this:

I suspect this may be a Windows issue?

Inside install-edition.js I do something like this:

    yield writeJsonAsync(path.resolve(projectDir, 'package.json'), pkg, {
      spaces: 2,
      EOL: EOL,
    });

Alter init.js to do the same with EOL

Tested code on dev this should be fixed with next release due to 3a6582c
