Bug - Table - fix/update table demos after deprecation

From #8892 (review): Some of the table demos are broken

But we also need to make sure that all table demos are no longer using deprecated table.

The following demos need to be updated:

• Table - Bulk select demo clean up #8975
  • Also fix that the actual table body doesn't have any content rendered inside of it
• Table - clean up 'Expand collapse all' demo #8976
  • Also fix TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'length') when opening the demo, plus the same error for reading 'header' in console
• Column management with draggable #9029
• Table - Filterable demo cleanup #9030
• Table - Automatic pagination demo cleanup #9031
• Table - Sticky header demo cleanup #9032
• Table - Empty state Demos not use deprecated table #8979
