- fixed up some gitweb info - removed the non-local options of gitlab, there is no reason to mention commercial offerings - this chapter is for running your own server

I added Smart HTTP descriptions, updated some of the command output that has changed, did some small GitLab changes, etc. Last on the list is to add a section about setting up a Smart HTTP server, then I'm done. |

Ugh, the Smart HTTP setup is a goddamn nightmare. I can barely get it working, which is entirely due to me sucking at Apache. But I don't want that whole section to become a "How to Configure Apache" tutorial that essentially has nothing to do with Git. Hm. |

OK, I moved the Gerrit section to another PR #58 since I'm not sure if it belongs here. Let me know if the Smart HTTP section is OK for now and I'll merge this. |

This is a WIP, I'm just trying to get things sorted. The main change is going to be the new Smart HTTP protocol.
