The more I think about it, I'm not sure if this belongs in the book. It's sooo complicated and so specific, it's really more of it's own book or tutorial. The GitHub chapter may fall into the same argument, but it's so much simpler and one is so much more likely to have to use GitHub at some point then Gerrit. |

Yeah, I feel like we should either give it its own chapter, or leave it out entirely. A section isn't enough, and we're not doing bullet-point lists of hosting solutions. I'm fine with 💀ing it. |

Having started in on this, I've realized that this is really a whole different workflow. I'm thinking we may want to put it somewhere else. Maybe have the GitHub chapter be GitHub & Gerrit or put it in an appendix or maybe put it in Distributed Workflows (ch5)?
The installation is easy, but it doesn't just provide hosting, it's really like 90% this really specific and complicated workflow that's only used for Gerrit stuff.
