Feature Request: Getting user-specific services metrics from runit collector.

Hi! Now runit collector can get metrics only from /etc/service. It would be useful to add user-specific services metrics (~/service/). Thanks.

User-specific stats is moving into services rather than the machine itself, and the node exporter is about the machine itself.

How about machine-specific services started from different directories using several runsvdir instances? I mean, these services are grouped by and isolated using different UID, but they're still system-wide services and not user-specific, and thus should be monitored in same way as other system-wide services. All we need is ability to provide a list of runsvdir's directories to node_exporter.

I agree, I think the service directory should be configurable. There are many reasons why somebody doesn't want to use /etc/service. Adding a flag and using it here should be trivial: https://github.com/prometheus/node_exporter/blob/master/collector/runit.go#L84
