What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Update the workshop idea tests based on the suggestions from PR #612 and improve validation test coverage.
How did you approach the change?
Updated the existing system test for submitting a workshop idea and added additional tests to verify that validation errors appear when required fields are missing. Also included a test to ensure the correct validation error is shown when an invalid file type is uploaded.
