This will replace #16 and actually closes #7.

Uses natbib instead of biblatex, and replaced all \cite with \citep, since I am used to treating citations as parentheticals (although these could always be tweaked later on).

At some point soon, I will rename BibTeX entries to match the natbib format and upload papers to GitLab in this same format, but I feel like it's better to wait until I get the format nailed down. 😅

Note that I think it is possible to use biber to format in the equivalent of 'natbib` -- I just don't know how!

Not sure that it's worth the hassle, especially given how much I want to be able to refer to things consistently and not have to worry about my CSV getting out of sync with the TeX! There's probably a macro I could set up to do that, but again, I don't think it's worth the hassle (at least yet).
