Version bump + CHANGELOG for #169 and #170. Clean.
The CLAUDE.md rewrite is the real payload here. The shift from procedural ("do X then Y") to explanatory ("here's WHY the harness exists") is exactly the right evolution. Claude follows WHY better than MUST.
