Refactor navigation bar

We have more opportunities to optimize the nav bar. Considering comments from https://github.com/sourcegraph/about/pull/5395:

- Introduce and map through `rightNavLinksArray` for remaining CTAs ([comment](https://github.com/sourcegraph/about/pull/5395#discussion_r887146144))
- Implement `Nav.Link` rendering logic with a function ([comment](https://github.com/sourcegraph/about/pull/5395#discussion_r887061461))
