This brings Spin up to the latest spin-componentize changes made in fermyon/spin-componentize#11 which give support for wit-bindgen 0.7 (in prep for the changes happening in #1599. This should be a noop for most Spin users as the SDKs use an older wit-bindgen version which is not impacted by the changes in the new version of spin-componentize.
