Tomcat 8.5 is about to be released as a backport of HTTP/2 functionality from the Tomcat 9.0 line, while still being compatible with Servlet 3.1 and JDK 7.

Tomcat 8.5.0 had the public API we depend on for upgrading request, i.e. WsServerContainer#doUpgrade, accidentally removed. It will be added back in 8.5.1.

I did testing with 8.5.2 and did not encounter any issues. The doUpgrade issue is resolved.

Let's test against 9.0 M6 as well and mark this as resolved for 4.3 GA then...
