Merge EhCache 3 tests into spring-context-support [SPR-15880]

With an enforced cache provider name in the tests, it is feasible to merge the EhCache 3 tests into spring-context-support right next to the EhCache 2 tests, instead of hosting them on their own in spring-test (where they don't fit anyway).
