Test against EhCache 3.0 M2 [SPR-13342]

EhCache 3.0 M2 is available in the meantime, and unfortunately has conflicting versions of Terracotta packages inside its jar, which means we can't test it as part of spring-context-support anymore (flipping a comment in the build script). Instead, let's add a regular integration test for it to spring-test.
