Clean cherry-picks.

Required for 2.3 release.

xtensa-build-all.sh: add rmb to default platforms built with -a
1f058b8 
The rmb toolchain was added in commit 4e85dfc ("docker: add
AMD/Rembrandt gcc toolchain") and before.

Building with the Zephyr main branch fails, this is not surprising. This PR does not affect Zephyr at all.

/workspace/zephyr/include/zephyr/zephyr.h:13:2: error: #warning "<zephyr/zephyr.h> is deprecated, include <zephyr/kernel.h> instead" [-Werror=cpp]
   13 | #warning "<zephyr/zephyr.h> is deprecated, include <zephyr/kernel.h> instead"
      |  ^~~~~~~
cc1: all warnings being treated as errors

The APL-only failure in https://sof-ci.01.org/sof-pr-viewer/#/build/PR6273/build10316028 is totally unrelated.
