looks good. btw, when will client-java 3.2.0 release? that we can use release version instead of SNAPSHOT. |

org.tikv.common.key.Keyinstead ofSerializableKeyafter let class Key implmemnts Serializable client-java#275MAX_REGION_SPLIT_NUMdefault value to 10240, so that we can bulk load 1T data (otherwise we will meet OOM)
