Motivation

• Ensure AI-authored PRs consistently disclose validation evidence, blocked commands, behavior-parity assertions, and duplicate/superseded PR handling to reduce reviewer drift.
• Provide a single, fillable location in the main PR template so Codex/Linear workflows and human PRs remain aligned and machine-check-friendly.

Description

• Added a ## AI Authored PR Metadata (required for Codex/Linear PRs) section to .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md containing fields for Linear issue, branch, commit SHA, validation run checklist, blocked command/error/impact, intended behavior changes, parity checks, and duplicate/superseded PR handling.
• Updated docs/agent-workflows/codex-pr-checklist.md to explicitly instruct agents to use and fill the new PR template section.
• This is a docs-only change and does not modify runtime code, APIs, or application behavior.

Testing

• Verified repository diffs and style checks using git diff --check and confirmed no trailing-whitespace or diff-check errors.
• Inspected the file diffs with git diff to confirm the intended changes to .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md and docs/agent-workflows/codex-pr-checklist.md.
• No unit or integration tests were required for this documentation-only change (N/A: docs/template-only change).
