Fix and re-enable integration tests in actions

We disabled these when migrating over to GitHub because they take ages.

We might want to discuss splitting the integration tests into two jobs? E.g. uncertainty and others.

Also editing the input files used for the integration tests to remove ixc = 52 as a result of #3066
