Description of issue / requirement to address
At the moment casths_fraction and casths are not iteration variables. They set the amount of casing space in the toroidal direction surrounding the WP at the thinnest point. The fact they are fixed means that PROCESS is not able to determine the most compact design of the TF if this is what the user wants to investigate.

Add casths_fraction and casths as iteration variable options to allow proper TF coil WP fitting optimisation
