Defaulting these variables is inconsequential for isolated contexts, as empty CMake variables are treated as
false-y, but problematic when required to expand to something whether enabled or not (e.g. #101) This PR defaults theGAUXC_HAS_XYZvariables, populates them in the cache, then marks them as advanced to imply that they shouldn't be edited.
