Adds the feature evaluator to the blueprint package. This leverages the CEL system to evaluate conditionals for eventual feature composition of blueprints.
Adds the feature evaluator to the blueprint package. This uses the simple Go expr language to evaluate simple conditionals based on context data. This will ultimately be used for blueprint Feature composition.
