i18n(fr): update reference/adapter-reference.mdx

Updates the French translations of:

• reference/adapter-reference.mdx with changes from 5.0.0 beta docs #9240
• guides/internationalization.mdx with changes from 5.0.0 beta docs #9240 and fix: indent & line highlighting in guides/internationalization.mdx #10269

Note

I haven't updated the links to api-reference.mdx but if this is merged before it's not an issue (we'll update them with api-reference.mdx).
