i18n(fr): update guides/cms/ghost.mdx

Updates the French translation of guides/cms/ghost.mdx with changes:

• from fix(guides/cms): update some FileTree and code snippets #11722
• related to i18n(fr): update the French i18n-guide #11593
  • replace post with article
  • replace recherche with récupération (fetch)
  • translate some missing parts
  • replace en with Anglais in community links
  • reword some sentences to make the reading in French easier
  • do not add Nous when not used in the English version (see [tutorial] consistent voice #4700 which does not apply only to the tutorial, see Docs Docs)
