I'm only recommending changes to wording that feels especially awkward to me. This is merely a different in style, so please take it or leave it. :)

What kind of changes does this PR include?
Description
Noticed that some "we/let's" still made it past our editing process for the tutorial, and this isn't the voice we use!
Mostly converts "we" to "you". "Let's" is trickier, but "you will" or "it's time to" usually works!
