i18n(fr): improve the wording in guides/upgrade-to

I'm putting this one in draft. I think it would be best to deal with #11795 first to avoid checking these files again later.

Description (required)

Updates the French translations in guides/upgrade-to to improve the wording (see #11593 and #11795):

• replace mise à jour with mise à niveau (upgrade)
• replace stylisé/stylisme with mise en forme
• replace construit with compilé
• replace plugin with module d'extension
• replace package with paquet
• replace île with îlot
• replace le CLI with la CLI
• replace Content Collections with collections de contenu
• replace Content Layer with couche de contenu
• replace indicateur (flag) with option (not in the i18n guide but see Wikipedia for example, and even in configuration files we usually use option de configuration or paramètre de configuration rather than indicateur)
• replace support with prise en charge
• add some avec rupture de compatibilité for breaking changes because changements majeurs doesn't mean it can break.
• use consistently infinitive/imperative form (well, maybe I miss some but at least it is now a bit more consistent)
• fix some typo and translation errors
• add some changes to match the English version
• reword some sentences to make the reading easier
• replace the current translations for breaking changes
• replace obsolète with déprécié when translating deprecated

I need to recheck the files following the merging of #11795 and since the diff is growing I think it would be easier to review with a separate PR per guide so I'm closing this one!
