i18n(fr): update guides/view-transitions & guides/actions

Description (required)

• Adds changes from new intro for view transitions #11889 to the French translations of guides/view-transitions & guides/actions
• Fixes a list indentation in guides/view-transitions
• Rewords some parts in guides/view-transitions:
  • to make the reading smoother
  • to follow the updated i18n French guide
    • replace île with îlot
    • replace support with prise en charge
    • replace the translation for inline script
