i18n(de): Tutorial cleanup

Description

This PR cleans up some of the issues from the old PR #12502 that were missed after merge. This also updates the sidebar labels in accordance with the new sidebar organisation (5 to 4 tabs) in #13571.

Thanks for the follow-up! I completely forgot about that.

Changes overall look good to me, but they miss some of the changes that happened to tutorial pages, which are listed on https://i18n.docs.astro.build/.

We have two options:

• Either we make this PR just a "typo" PR, which means Lunaria would ignore that we changed those files. You would just need to include [i18n-ignore] in the PR title
• Or we adapt the changes I suggested below so Lunaria marks the tutorial pages as updated again.

I'm okay with both options, feel free to decide how much effort you wanna put into this 😉
