Automatically manage a WordPress.com user's blogs

Currently, blogs from the primary WordPress.com account can be added and removed by the user. To remove complexity, we can remove this option and let the app just automatically stay in sync with the account by adding and removing them by periodically polling for all of a user's blogs from the user.

• Sync blog list on launch

Some other tasks that might be out of scope:

• What to show when credentials fail? (UX: Present a unified error state when WP.com auth is bad #687 ?)
• Consider removing WPComLoginController
• Consider removing EditSiteViewController
• Don't call wp.getUsersBlogs on reader load
