Update protocol buffer definitions to add EventLevelSave enum and new fields to EventSave struct in device_sync package and introduce wallet send calls functionality

• Adds EventLevelSave enum with six values (UNSPECIFIED, NONE, SUCCESS, WARN, ERROR, FAULT) and two new fields (Level and Icon) to EventSave struct in event_backup.pb.go
• Introduces new protocol buffer definitions for wallet transaction functionality with WalletSendCalls and Call message types in wallet_send_calls.pb.go
• Adds corresponding OpenAPI documentation in wallet_send_calls.swagger.json
