Boss Stand Arrow from syndicate bundle doesn't mind control

Short Description

I got the syndicate bundle that gives you a holoparasite and a stand arrow, with the stand arrow supposed to convert anyone you use it on into your minions. It did not. I Ahelped and had them converted, but it would be preferable if the code worked correctly.

Reproduction

1: Be traitor
2: Buy syndicate bundle, roll Gang Leader
3: use stand arrow on someone
4: they will get a stand, but they will not be converted to your minion
