Having the parapelgic trait and prothetic limb quirk is possible, and allows you to walk.

Reproduction

1. Make a new character.
2. Select the Paraplegic quirk.
3. Select either or both leg prosthetic limb quirks.
4. Spawn in and you have legs + wheelchair.
