you can't remove arm snares

disarm snare ability after you make one won't do anything

Reproduction

1. Become a holoparasite
2. Your ability is Surveillance Snares
3. Use the Arm Snare ability, it creates it no issue with that
4. Try to click disarm snare ability because you miss clicked it
5. there's a button sound, no messages in chat
6. try to use arm snare to place it into the correct place
7. You have too many snares deployed. Remove some first
8. wait some time because it might disable itself
9. someone walks to it and it doesn't destroy iteslf (not really an issue)
10. wait ten minutes or more
11. nothing happens
12. congrats, your ability is now useless

People attacking your master seems to cause the abilities to create a copy of themself, they all share the same amount of snares not allowing for infinite snares
