Stat Panel breaks, and refuses to reload.

Reproduction

1. Join the game.
2. Enter the round as a playable character.
3. The stat panel breaks.
4. You rejoin the game, see a flash of "RELOAD STAT PANEL!" which disappears as quickly as it appeared.
5. Rejoin again, without the stat panel being fixed.
