Job Alternative Titles

### Adds selectable new job display names, accessed through the Job Preference menu in character creation, for each Job aboard the station!
Now players can indicate their area of speciality within a department or if they're a newer player or a veteran player, or they just slap a bit of flair onto themselves.
The more major departments all have "trainee" roles and specific specialization roles added to them, while the other departments such as Civilian sector tend to be more focused on expression or fanciful titles.

Base jobs and their alternative titles are as follow:

And lastly I have a suggestion for assistant. A while ago I had an idea to revamp the assistant role. You'd pick the role but be assigned a "misc" role, like a Dockmaster. You'd effectivlely still have the gameplay of an assistant but be a "roleplay" role. However, this PR is pretty much the same in concept.

Titles that come to mind are: Dockmaster and Astrogator but i'm sure I could come up with quite a few good ones.

And I also lied, another idea is to give the titles more significance and depth, they could spawn with their outfits. For instance surgeon will spawn with the surgeons robe instead of the standard MD equipment. Furthermore, while this is a little contentious, this could be an opportunity to give the clothes we have some purpose, and perhaps introduce new ones without shoving stuff into lockers.

Medical Resident is supposed to be the trainee position for that job

I think this is very interesting, but we should probably get the titles system hammered out and set before examining loadouts or derivative pieces. Atomize the systems.

I'll be compiling the wording for the documentation of the PR sometime tonight, and giving it another careful review pass, for Jamie. To my knowledge it's in a working state and could be Merged soon (after the pending revisions are addressed), though I don't want to speak for Jamie since he's the codebrain behind the effort.

This is probably going to be very much down to opinion but Overseer seems 'overtly evil' (yes I AM aware nanotrasen is evil), but its something id expect reserved for the Syndicate. i've suggested bringing back the age-old Regional Director though

• after the alternative job titles, you often cannot list people with the very same job together in security records, so that will probably need an update later. Something that separates the alternative title on the ID from the sec records.
