Gave engis and atmo techs phones instead of tablets. Not giving them to CE cause they still need it for the ID modification program.

This appears to give spawning engineers phones, but does not fix for midround arrivals via shuttle. EDIT: Actually, this didn't work at the start of the round either. I shall do further testing. |

Its one of the test merges, it replaces the atmos tech phone with a tablet because I forgot to make a preset for phones. |

Gave engis and atmo techs phones instead of tablets. Not replacing the CE's tablet cause they still need it for the ID modification program. Untested, should work.
