Okay let me put it like this If any of you actually care about the logic of this, make it so stuns and paralyzes actually caused by paralysis stop the wagging. Slipping and climbing tables do not exhaust your entire musculature in real life. If you just want to oppress felinids, cut my tail off, you coward, because at least that’s funny and at least it sticks. I care about this PR though. |

this of course means that i just made it so species naturally don't stop wagging their tail, and then overriding that behavior for st*nky lizards to stop wagging (racism)
