I'm a fan of the idea of miners tarting with GPS and particularly a fan of the mining base having a persistent GPS signal. |

Fuckin hated those lockers anyways.
Removes the personal lockers from the mining base
Replaces them with racks that hold the shovels and picks for each miner
Also adds a GPS to the mining base so people can find their way.
Please don't merge this until the other GPS thing has been merged.
