fix: add missing "gotten rid off" to other "rid off"

Description

When I converted all of the inflections of "to get rid off" to use phrase_corrections.rs I neglected to convert the past participle gotten rid off.

When I added a test I noticed the other tests were missing their #[test] so I added those too.

Added a new test for the past participle form using a sentence from GitHub.
Did cargo test and just test and everything passed.

I can't investigate the failing precommit locally. Even though I freed up 5gb of drive space for testing Zed while making the dictionary.dict syntax highlighter extension for it, it has managed to fill up my entire drive somehow!

It's breaking in this test in packages/vscode-plugin/src/tests/suite/integration.test.ts, which doesn't seem related to my changes...
