Description
Adds all inflected variants of "change tact/tacts/tacks" and "change of tact/tacts/tacks"
I also changed the wording of the 'description' and 'message' fields.
How Has This Been Tested?
I added more atomic tests, but not for all combinations and permutations as I realized how many there were.
I added several tests using real-word sentences found on GitHub or the Internet in general.
